Just wanted to drop a quick note to thank you and your staff for all you have done for my daughter. Immediately after getting her braces put on, I realized that she seemed to be smiling more. I found some 'pre-braces' pictures, and she would always hide her upper teeth when smiling - something I had never noticed. As a father, it broke my heart to realize how self-conscious she must have been about her teeth. Thank you for bringing the smile back to my little girl.

It's true! You can have a great smile, a full wallet, and a busy schedule! If you're like me, you work full time, you parent all the time, and you sleep part time. You worry your smile doesn't look its best and that keeps your personality at bay. You have a mortgage, a car payment, and daycare expenses, and you don't really know if you should pay to improve your cosmetic appearance. Well...let me tell you, NVO has the right answers. My appointments are never more than 30 minutes; they are ALWAYS on time; the rates are way better than I expected and the best part is, I am right on track with my estimated timeline. I can see the results already, and I am thrilled. I feel more confident, the husband doesn't complain about the cost, and I always make it to my appointments and back during my lunch hour. This is definitely a top investment you can make in yourself. I without a doubt recommend this place with five stars, two thumbs up, and two glasses to cheer!

When I decided to get braces, I started asking around for a good orthodontist. Dr. Casagrande was recommended to me by my dentist in Reston and also by another orthodontist in Richmond. I could not be happier with my decision. I had received a consultation from someone else in Reston and was told the treatment would take 2 1/2 years, cost $10,000, and require that some of my teeth be extracted. Dr. Casagrande performed the treatment in 1 1/2 years, at almost half the cost, WITHOUT removing any teeth. It has been worth every penny.

Like going to visit my friends...When I first decided to get braces, the first thing people warned me about were the dreaded monthly adjustment visits. Everyone told me how terrible it would be – having to go in every month, the pain, the discomfort, etc. However, to my great fortune, I can honestly say that regardless of the possible pain and discomfort produced by some of the adjustments, I actually look forward to my appointments at NVO. Because seeing my orthodontist and assistants is like going to see my friends. Every month that I walk into the office, I'm greeted by wonderful smiles, lovely compliments, and funny stories; it is just a wonderful place to be. On top of that, they are professional, knowledgeable and have done wonders with my treatment, explaining it every step of the way and helping me get my desired results. We originally started treatment with another ortho but wanted to switch mid-process because we felt that Jennifer was not receiving the best options available. Dr. Casagrande is one of the best in his field as well as being warm and personable. My two daughters are under the care of Dr. Casagrande. For my older daughter, we had met with two other orthodontists previously. However, neither had the confidence to offer her a perfect smile at the end of treatment. Dr. Casagrande explained his process and answered all my questions, convincing me to aim high, taking second best only if necessary.
