Have you ever been afraid to see the orthodontist? Have they ever told you that you weren't the right candidate for Invisalign? Then maybe you should visit Dr. Casagrande at Northern Virginia Orthodontics, and be prepared to have one of the best healthcare experiences ever.
These guys deserve 6 stars out of 5. Seriously, this guy and his team are good. Did you know that Dr. Casagrande is one of the leading Invisalign providers in the world? I think he's actually in the top 1% in the country!! I saw just as many adults in his office as I did kids, and everyone seemed to be all smiles.
I went in because I had some crowding in my lower front teeth, and I was experiencing some pain in my jaw from TMJ. I thought maybe I could get a retainer to straighten my teeth out. After I went in, they took a lot of pictures and did some complex x-rays of my mouth. Then, they pulled up a computer program that simulated how my teeth COULD look if I decided to pursue Invisalign. I was amazed. I had gone in thinking that there were just some minor issues, and was shown that my smile could be improved tenfold, not to mention they would fix my overbite and protect my front teeth from grinding at night.
I decided to do Invisalign and had a fantastic experience with amazing results. The whole treatment was actually very affordable, and was one of the best investments I've ever made. All of my teeth are now perfectly straight, and I get compliments on my smile often. The experience was so much less painful than what I've heard it can be with braces. Dr. Casagrande and his team really know what they're doing, and they take the time and care to make sure your smile ends up PERFECT. An added bonus is that you can whiten your teeth with the Invisalign trays, and they also serve as a mouth guard to protect your teeth from grinding at night.
Northern Virginia Orthodontics are so good they can take patients that are often turned down at other orthodontists. I had my father come in to see them after he was routinely told by other orthodontists that he would need some major work that could only involve braces. It's been around five months since that first visit, and he's now happily wearing Invisalign and showing tremendous progress.
The ENTIRE staff at Northern Virginia Orthodontics is talented, smart, genuine, and as nice as can be. They really get to know you, and are genuinely happy each time you come in. I found myself actually looking forward to all of my appointments, and sad when it was time to leave. In the hustle and bustle of today's world, it's rare you get treated with as much genuine kindness as you do here.
This is exactly how a healthcare provider should be. They do absolutely everything right, from their superb practice to their outstanding customer service. I cannot recommend Northern Virginia Orthodontics enough!

After having all four of my kids as patients of Dr. Casagrande, and more recently myself in invisalign, we have always felt well-taken-care-of by Dr. Casagrande, who is not only a force for cutting-edge orthodontics, but he is amazingly friendly and makes you feel comfortable. Moreover the friendliness and professionalism of the entire staff is unsurpassed by any other doctor office I have ever visited. The whole staff make you feel welcome and always eager to see you. Other offices should watch and learn. Attention to detail to make the experience for his patients a positive one is amazing, and I am not just referring to the game room, the patient beverage bar, the computers in the lobby, and the hip state-of-the-art feel of the office which are all genius, but it is everything from the top down, smooth consult process, efficient periodic visits, state-of-the-art computer programs which show the projected outcome of the patient's treatment in invisalign, and again, nothing can be overstated about the warm and friendly feel of the office. Must be a great place to work!

Just wanted to drop a quick note to thank you and your staff for all you have done for my daughter. Immediately after getting her braces put on, I realized that she seemed to be smiling more. I found some 'pre-braces' pictures, and she would always hide her upper teeth when smiling - something I had never noticed. As a father, it broke my heart to realize how self-conscious she must have been about her teeth. Thank you for bringing the smile back to my little girl.

It's true! You can have a great smile, a full wallet, and a busy schedule! If you're like me, you work full time, you parent all the time, and you sleep part time. You worry your smile doesn't look its best and that keeps your personality at bay. You have a mortgage, a car payment, and daycare expenses, and you don't really know if you should pay to improve your cosmetic appearance. Well...let me tell you, NVO has the right answers. My appointments are never more than 30 minutes; they are ALWAYS on time; the rates are way better than I expected and the best part is, I am right on track with my estimated timeline. I can see the results already, and I am thrilled. I feel more confident, the husband doesn't complain about the cost, and I always make it to my appointments and back during my lunch hour. This is definitely a top investment you can make in yourself. I without a doubt recommend this place with five stars, two thumbs up, and two glasses to cheer!

When I decided to get braces, I started asking around for a good orthodontist. Dr. Casagrande was recommended to me by my dentist in Reston and also by another orthodontist in Richmond. I could not be happier with my decision. I had received a consultation from someone else in Reston and was told the treatment would take 2 1/2 years, cost $10,000, and require that some of my teeth be extracted. Dr. Casagrande performed the treatment in 1 1/2 years, at almost half the cost, WITHOUT removing any teeth. It has been worth every penny.

Like going to visit my friends...When I first decided to get braces, the first thing people warned me about were the dreaded monthly adjustment visits. Everyone told me how terrible it would be – having to go in every month, the pain, the discomfort, etc. However, to my great fortune, I can honestly say that regardless of the possible pain and discomfort produced by some of the adjustments, I actually look forward to my appointments at NVO. Because seeing my orthodontist and assistants is like going to see my friends. Every month that I walk into the office, I'm greeted by wonderful smiles, lovely compliments, and funny stories; it is just a wonderful place to be. On top of that, they are professional, knowledgeable and have done wonders with my treatment, explaining it every step of the way and helping me get my desired results. I have loved every bit of my treatment and as it comes to an end, I hope I can stay in touch with my friends at NVO.

We originally started treatment with another ortho but wanted to switch mid-process because we felt that Jennifer was not receiving the best options available. Dr. Casagrande is one of the best in his field as well as being warm and personable. My two daughters are under the care of Dr. Casagrande. For my older daughter, we had met with two other orthodontists previously. However, neither had the confidence to offer her a perfect smile at the end of treatment. He not only delivered fabulous smiles for her and her sister, but he kept treatment on schedule by evaluating progress and making timely decisions at each visit.
