Meet the Team
 Bernie, Lisa, Dr Casagrande, Crystal and Jill. Lisa Hensley, RDH Lisa is a native of Northern Virginia. She is a registered dental hygienist and is Dr. Casagrande's treatment coordinator. Lisa has been working in the orthodontic field for more than twenty years. She enjoys orthodontics because of the positive impact it makes in the lives of patients. The change is phenomenal! Lisa enjoys photography and traveling. She keeps busy with her husband Jim and the busy schedules of their three daughters, Caleigh, Christin, and Carly. Crystal Sigler, Financial Coordinator Crystal moved to Northern Virginia from the Black Hills of South Dakota. Having worked in the orthodontic field as a clinical assistant, treatment coordinator, and financial coordinator, Crystal brings over fifteen years of experience to the NVO team. Crystal has two grown children, Craig and Breanne, son-in-law, Nick, and awesome grandson, Breck! Outside of the office, Crystal enjoys baking goodies for her cottage company, "Crystal's Cookies," socializing with friends and family, running, reading, volunteering, and road trips. Jill Melendez, Lead Assistant, Lab Technician Jill has been an orthodontic assistant/lab technician since 2001. She is from Puerto Rico and loves to go there yearly to visit family. Jill has a beautiful daughter, Arianna. When she's not at work, Jill loves snowboarding, hiking, camping, running, playing softball, and spending time with friends. Bernie Melendez, Assistant Bernie currently attends E.C.P.I. college where she is receiving her associates degree in medical assisting. She has also attended school for massage therapy. Currently, she is an orthodontic assistant for Dr. Casagrande. Her hobbies are women's softball, co-ed softball, fishing, camping, and kayaking. Next year, Bernie will be coaching her niece's softball team. She is very active. Bernie started working for Dr. Casagrande in January 2009, and has enjoyed learning all aspects of orthodontic care. |
